The Britain Stronger In Europe campaign has produced a new video to mark International Women’s Day, as well as to launch the new Women for IN network. I am proud to be one of the women featured in the film (who include Caroline Lucas MP and Yvette Cooper MP). You can watch it below.

Legal Voice Conference 2016
I had a great time at this year’s Legal Voice annual conference, which took place on the 1st of March, speaking on a panel with Jeremy Hopkins,Client Relationship Manager at Obelisk Support.

Britain is Stronger in the European Union
This morning, I was delighted to campaign in Leytonstone, alongside other local people, for Britain to remain a member of the European Union (EU).
I have long been pro-European. I have fond memories of trips to Italy and Germany with the Woodcraft Folk as a teenager. I then lived in Germany for a year as a au pair just before going to University. After University, my first professional experience was spending time in the European Parliament office (Brussels) of the British Member of the European Parliament (MEP) Claude Moraes. Thanks to Claude and the GMB trade union, I was then fortunate to be able to undertake a ‘stage‘ (internship) with Anna Diamantopoulou, then the EU Commissioner for Employment and Social Affairs. “What does this mean for my boy?” The Supreme Court overturns the law on Joint Enterprise
Today, the UK Supreme Court overturned the law on ‘joint enterprise’ that had been in place for the last 30 years. I was in court to cover the judgment hand-down for The Justice Gap. Read my piece analysing the remarkable new legal development HERE.
