So, the time has arrived. After a long and dramatic journey to get here, I am now a “second six” pupil barrister authorised to represent clients (under the supervision of my Pupil Master Ian Beeby).
In the first six months of my pupillage, I gained a very good grounding in both the civil and criminal law areas – particularly in asylum, immigration and nationality law; landlord and tenant law; employment law; general civil and criminal law.
Within these areas of law, I am now competent to appear at hearings and prepare the appropriate written documents: skeleton arguments, grounds, advices, particulars, defence and counterclaims, schedules of loss, basis of plea and so on.
I obviously very much welcome instructions from legally aided clients as well as privately funded clients.
My official Chambers profile is HERE.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if I may be of assistance!
